Community Manager & Content Creation — Chekoh

Are you passionate about motherhood, community and content creation?

Chekoh is looking for a creative and community-driven person to help grow our beautiful online community while creating engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Location

Hybrid role based in Redcliffe, QLD

Minimum 3 in-office days per week.

Position Overview

Community Management

Manage and grow the Chekoh Chatter Facebook community by creating engaging conversations, responding to comments and messages across platforms and fostering a warm, welcoming and supportive online space for our customers and community.

Content Creation

Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media content, including filming, editing, behind-the-scenes content, educational videos, customer features and campaign content for launches and shoots.

Event Coordination

Assist with planning and coordinating online and in-person community events, workshops, ambassador relationships, creator collaborations and local brand partnerships.

Brand and Marketing Support

Support marketing campaigns through trend research, UGC creator coordination, community engagement and gathering valuable customer and product feedback from our audience.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience managing Facebook groups
  • Canva or CapCut experience
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Previous content creator or influencer experience
