In the meantime, here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:
RETURNS - To find out more about our returns policy, click here. We will endeavour to process your return within 1-3 business days of receipt. If you have tracked your return and it is marked as delivered but it has not been processed within the above timeframe, please feel free to get in touch with us.
DOMESTIC DELIVERIES – Allow 1-3 business days processing time from the date you placed your order. Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday, before 10am. Once shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your tracking information. Domestic shipping is calculated by weight and starts at $10.
ORDER TRACKING - If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive a dispatch email from Australia Post notifying you that your package has been sent with instructions on how to track your order. Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment by following the link at the bottom of the "Shipping Confirmation" email from Chekoh. Please note, tracking is not available to every location.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES – If your enquiry is in relation to the delivery of your order, please visit our website for more information.
PRE-ORDER – A preordered style means it is currently being manufactured and will be arriving shortly. If your enquiry is in relation to the arrival of the pre-order style, please visit our website and read the description section of the preordered product for the expected delivery date.
