Shipping & Returns
We ship every week day from our HQ in Brisbane, Queensland. If you complete your purchase on a Friday after 10am, your order will be dispatched the following business day - Monday.
Please also note all domestic orders will not require a signature on delivery.
We ship via Australia Post with both Standard and Express options available and also via Sendle Couriers (Aramex and Couriers Please).
Please note if you choose SENDLE Courier service - these parcels are collected by the courier 24hrs after dispatch has been completed by our team, or next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your tracking information.
Depending on the shipping option chosen at the checkout and your address, shipping times will vary and we are not liable for any unforeseen shipping delays.
Please be mindful of any PUBLIC HOLIDAYS affecting your dispatch and delivery througout the year. Our HQ is located in Brisbane, QLD and we will be closed for business on these dates.

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout after you provide address details.
Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it. Once your order is placed, it is final and we cannot cancel any order.
You can find details on our refunds and exchanges policy and submit a Return Request online here.
We do, if you live within a 20km radius of our HQ here on the Redcliffe Peninsula, QLD - you will be provided a LOCAL DELIVERY/PICK UP option at the checkout.
Your order will not be shipped and pick ups may take 24 business hours to be ready for collection. Please email ahead to secure a day and time for collection.
We do not offer weekend or public holiday pick ups.
Wrap carrier
We recommend using your Chekoh Wrap from 3kgs, so right from the beginning.
Your little one will love to be cuddled in, heart-to-heart; and babywearing provides the most womb-like environment they could be in. All while providing you with hands-free ease!
If your newborn is under 3kg, born prematurely, or has any health issues, please consult with your paediatrician or doctor before beginning wear.
We recommend a weight range up to 8-10kgs or approximately 8-12mths old (you will find most of your wear will occur in the first 6-8 months).
This will ensure a comfortable carry for both you and baby.
However, if your baby is bigger or older than this don’t dismay!
Check out our Clip and Sling Carriers, for comfortable babywearing up to 15kgs.
That's the beauty of an adjustable carrier we can ensure that any wearer up to approximately a women's size 24 (Australia) OR men’s size XXXL can carry comfortably with a Chekoh Wrap Carrier.
Our Wraps are one of the shortest styles available at approximately 4m length, so smaller or petite wearers also find a comfortable fit without the added bulk.

Yes, as you tie your Wrap your baby sits high on your chest.
Our fabrics are also super soft and the weight of the carry will be distributed evenly across your shoulders, not low or near your pelvic area.
Please do take extra care when tying your wrap and keep your own wellbeing in mind when babywearing.
You certainly can, and we encourage it!
Our carriers are fully adjustable so always ensure you have baby in view and airways are clear at all times. We recommend a seated position for safety and ensure your carrier is 100% secure.
If you wish, you can also remove baby and utilise your carrier as a discreet feeding cover while on-the-go.

You can wear two babies in our Chekoh Wrap.
Please note the minimum weight for wear is 3kgs each infant, and the maximum weight for two babies is 4kgs each infant.
As this is an advanced carry style, we recommend consulting with a Babywearing Expert before attempting any twin carries.

It is now recommended and supported by certified Babywearing Educators worldwide to have your baby’s legs out from birth.
This will help distribute their weight through their bottom and not rest on their feet. This position also helps to keep their developing spine supported in the natural ‘C’ curve. Always ensure you create a nice deep seat for your little one, the bottom rail is sitting up firm against the back of baby’s knees and they are in a squat or ‘M’ position with their bottom positioned lower than their bent knees.
We do not recommend a forward facing carry or back carry when using our Wrap or Sling carriers.
Please only carry your baby as per the instructions included with your carrier.
We also have your comfort in mind so please ensure that your Wrap is tied tight and the fabric spread wide across your back with no twists or flips. Your baby should always be kept close and snug to your body and your carry should adhere to the T.I.C.K.S Safety Guidelines at all times.
The care instructions can be found sewn inside the little "pocket" of the carrier.
Long story short, all our Carriers are washed at our manufacturing facility prior to shipment. They're then packed into the 100% biodegradable garment bags you receive them in, so they're fresh and clean for you.
If you'd like to give your carrier a quick wash before use, we recommend popping it inside your Chekoh Wash Bag and then into a cold wash (no bleach!). Tumble dry on a low heat & gentle cycle and press with a warm iron if necessary.
We also suggest washing it separately the first time, just incase the colours aren't completely colourfast.
Clip Carrier
Our Clip Carriers are adjustable at the waist and shoulders and are suitable up to approximately a women's size 24 (Australia) OR men’s size XXXL.
We recommend a chest-to-chest or back carry in our Clip Carrier.
Physiologically speaking, baby has a gentle, C-curved spine both within the womb and out. Babies facing their parent can obtain this neutral spine easily and naturally as it is the way nature intended. Wearing them facing out forces their very delicate spine forwards when pressed against their parents torso, which can be detrimental to their development. Extra care must be taken when wearing your baby in a forward facing carry - we believe chest to chest is the safest and most optimal position for your little one.
We recommend using your Chekoh Clip Carrier from 4 months AND 5kgs.
If your Babe is under 5kg or has any health issues, please consult with your paediatrician or doctor before beginning wear.
We recommend a weight range up to 15kgs or approximately 2 years old.
This will ensure a comfortable and safe carry for both you and Baby.
Our Original Clip Carriers are made from an exclusive, in-house bamboo & linen fabric blend.
The Corduroy Clip Carriers are made with 100% cotton.
The waist and shoulder straps are also padded for added comfort and support.
All of our Carriers are washed prior to shipment and are packed into a 100% biodegradable garment bag, so they're fresh and clean for you to wear upon arrival.
If you'd like to give your Clip Carrier a quick wash before use, we recommend popping it inside the Chekoh Wash Bag that comes free with every purchase. Pop into the washing machine on a cold cycle (no bleach!) and gently tumble dry on a low heat.
We also recommend washing it separately for the first time, just in case the colours aren't completely colourfast.
Our Clip Carriers are soft and provide both a front and back carry style to see you through your pregnancy journey.
We believe there are so many benefits to babywearing during pregnancy, however, as always, please consult with your health care professional to see if this is a suitable option for you.

We do recommend purchasing as per your ‘pre pregnancy’ size, the Journey Dress contours to your growing body thanks to the added spandex for comfort, if in doubt, size up.

Soak your dress in cold water with eco friendly washing powder or detergent (no bleach!), place in a cold wash on a gentle cycle and line dry in the shade if you can.
If using a tumble dryer, please be sure to place on a low heat and gentle setting.
Your care instructions can also be found on the label sewn on the side seam of your garment.
