Please Note: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund for any orders placed due to the following:

Change of mind (colour, style, fit, use)

Found the item cheaper somewhere else

Decided you have no use for it

We do however offer an exchange or credit if your item was purchased within the last 30 days. Any requests made outside of our 30 day time frame will be rejected.

All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition with all tags, and packaging intact and unworn.

Please ensure your carrier was purchased directly through our website and are the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, have your order number and email address.
