Chekoh Loves You!

From Humble Beginnings

There's no secret that small businesses wouldn't exist, grow and thrive if it weren't for the loyalty and love of the customer. Chekoh is no exception, and we often are humbled, awe-struck and incredibly flattered to see how our customers creatively portray our beautiful product. From the stories showcasing the receiving and opening of their packages upon delivery, to the clever ways they are draped within nurseries and wall-hooks and right through to the babywearing images, a glimpse of 'you' is shared with us through the eye of a lense. In the flurry of activity that is small business run by very busy people it's sometimes only a fleeting glance at our 'tagged' page on our social media platforms that allows us to see and feel the love from all of our wonderful customers.

So!

It's about time (and long overdue) that we delve into our wonderful, picturesque world of customer images and show you guys some love!

California Colour Crush

Sometimes we see an Instagram feed and are hit with the 'wow' factor. It is a combination of these cleverly and creatively curated feeds along with elements of nature that inspire us to keep creating ourselves, to give customers a 'wow' experience of their own.

We cannot proceed any further without mentioning my personal fave, Kelsey McCain of @kelseymccain. As a mama of three (including twins) under the age of two, she is #mumgoals. With mermaid hair and an eclectic bohemian edge, Kelsey embodies the essence of her hometown of Southern California. Effortlessly combining the intense pigment of Indigo tie-dye with autumnal bohemian print blankets, Kelsey's integral style has us ooh-ing and ahh-ing all the way across the oceans in our hometown of Redcliffe, Australia.

Her intriguing, frequently-used hashtags '#humanbeingnotahumandoing' along with '#wildandfree' provide an insightful look into the essence of who Kelsey and her family are, and what they endeavour to convey to the world. When I see Kelsey's feed of the '#mccaintrain', it takes me on a journey of adventure and appreciation; of nature, nurture and creativity. Kelsey comes across as an incredibly grounded and grateful being with a depth of character that jumps from one side of the lens, through social media to us, on the other side. Kelsey makes us feel like we are on this wild (#mccaintrain) ride with her, and we are so grateful. We love you Kelsey!

Flat lay Slay & Next-Level Nursery

As someone who can't quite grasp the delicate balance that is the flat lay, I am constantly gobsmacked with the perfectly styled layouts of beautifully toned pieces of baby paraphernalia, combined with our beautiful Chekoh Carriers. Applied to a wall hang, the same applies. Mine look like I've upended the junk drawer at the front door and carelessly draped a Chekoh wrap around it, but some mamas just NAIL IT. Yes, I am jealous. Yes, I take notes. Many many notes.

When I think of balance, beauty and enviable nursery style, one mama in particular comes to mind. Kyree of @misskyreeloves consistently provides jaw-dropping, incredibly styled presentations of all of the above, in the most dreamy pale florals, browns, tans and pinks. Don't even get me started on baby Alaska's wardrobe! Words don't do justice so a photo collage will have to fill the void of my inferior descriptive words. You're welcome. Prepare yourself to be hours deep into an Instagram void of perusing, saving and pinning Kyree's beautifully curated spaces - you'll need a hot drink and a snack, this could take a while!
