Where we deliver:
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia and overseas. Some remote locations cannot be serviced. We require a name, email address, shipping address and phone number for delivery. If your location is not serviceable on our website, please contact us directly at info@chekoh.com so we can organise a manual order for you.

How and when we deliver:
Domestic: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane by Australia Post 2-3 business days from receipt of your order. Deliveries are made within business hours. All domestic parcels are sent via Express Post with shipping times currently estimated at:

1-2 working days for delivery to a capital city

3-5 working days for delivery to most large regional towns

4-10 working days for delivery to other remote domestic locations

During peak periods (Sales, Christmas or Promotional Events), the delivery may take a minimum of 14 working days.

International: We offer two types of international postage depending on your location.
Pack & Track International: Package is shipped with a tracking number.
Registered Post International: No tracking number is available, however, package is fully insured incase of being lost. Delivery to international can take 12-30 working days (sometimes longer).

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

Items may be delivered to you together and/or separately. Chekoh Baby Carriers is not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Packages that have left HQ are no longer the responsibility of Chekoh Baby Carriers. Any tracking or follow up with Australia Post or its affiliates is the responsibility of the customer.

Cost of delivery:
We calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight of your order. Orders are shipped via Australia Post With Tracking (where available) so that you are able to track the delivery of your purchase. Where tracking isn't available, your package is registered with Australia Post.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes:
Orders shipping to destinations outside Australia might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees that may be incurred on your international order shipment.

If we are not able to ship to your location, please know that we are working hard to include services to your country in the future.

Order tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive a despatch email from Australia Post notifying you that your package has been sent and with instructions on how to track your order. Please note, tracking is not available to every location.

Pre-Orders Policy:
Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimated shipping date only. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you. Please note that all pre-order items will ship via Australia Post. You will only receive one shipment to complete the fulfilment of your order. If you have ordered more than one item and would like to receive the in stock items first, you may contact us directly to enquire about splitting the consignment. 

Back Orders:
If an item you purchase is out of stock, it will go on back order. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.

Stock Unavailability:
Chekoh Baby Carriers makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund.
